Every send uses an approved template version, so what you send matches what WhatsApp and DLT approved.

Send immediately or schedule a one-time send, and cancel it any time before it reaches a provider.
An expiry you choose
Transactional messages expire after 24 hours by default, adjustable from one minute to three days. A late reminder is worse than none.
Your references come back
Attach your own reference and up to 10 tags to a send. They come back in webhooks and in the explorer.
Stops honoured before dispatch
If a recipient replies STOP while a message is queued, it is suppressed before it goes out.
Batch sends
At launchSend many messages in one request, with a result for each item.
Language variants
At launchPick the recipient's language version of a template when it is approved, with a fallback chain such as Hindi then English.
Questions
What counts as transactional?
Messages a person expects because of something they did or arranged, such as an appointment reminder or an order update. Marketing is refused during the beta.
Can I cancel a scheduled message?
Yes, until it has been handed to a provider. After that the API says it can no longer be cancelled.
Will a reminder be sent after the appointment?
Not if you set an expiry. Messages that cannot be delivered before their expiry are marked expired and never sent.
