Hopwire sends SMS through Exotel under your DLT Principal Entity and header. Templates are checked against DLT rules before they can send, so operator scrubbing has fewer surprises.
What you get
DLT details on every template
Principal Entity, header, category and DLT template ID live on each SMS version, and every send carries them.
Variables checked before sending
Variable tags must match the registered template. Mismatches fail validation instead of failing at the operator.
Segments you can predict
Each SMS version shows its encoding, GSM-7 or UCS-2, and how many segments it uses. Hindi and other Indic scripts show their real cost.
Headers as recipients see them
Previews show the operator suffix, -P, -S, -T or -G, and the header, category and suffix must agree.
Sender restrictions caught early
When delivery errors show a header or template has been suspended, Hopwire stops using it and emails the owners.
DND and consent failures kept apart
Do Not Disturb and DLT consent rejections have their own outcome codes, so you know what to fix.
Promotional hours enforced
At launchPromotional SMS is held outside the regulatory window and sent when it reopens, or expires if it cannot make it in time.

Which SMS provider do you use?
Exotel, through your own Exotel account.
Do I need my own DLT registration?
Direct customers register their own Principal Entity and headers. A software platform can let its businesses send under the platform's registration where the platform is the legal sender and its registration allows it.
Can people reply to my SMS?
Not to an alphanumeric header. Replies and STOP keywords arrive where the channel and sender support them, such as your WhatsApp numbers.
Can I send to numbers outside India?
No. During the beta Hopwire sends only to Indian mobile numbers, +91.
