Meta's marketing limit, named correctly
When Meta withholds a message under its per-user marketing limit, Hopwire records it as its own outcome. It does not count against the number's health and never falls back to SMS on its own.

Questions
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. Hopwire connects to your account through Meta's Cloud API. Software platforms can also let their business customers share a number they own, with explicit permission per business.
What happens if the recipient is not on WhatsApp?
The attempt fails with a clear reason and the message falls back to SMS when the template has an approved SMS version.
Is the two-step verification PIN safe with you?
It is stored encrypted and never shown again after you enter it.
Can I send marketing templates on WhatsApp?
Not during the beta, which carries OTP and transactional messages only. Marketing is planned with campaigns in Release 3.
