Questions
Do fallbacks inflate delivery rates?
No. Outcomes are counted per message, not per attempt.
Can platforms report per business?
Yes. Everything can be filtered by tenant, and consolidated reports with per-tenant statements are planned for Release 2.
Will you report OTP conversion?
In Release 2, when you send back verification results. Delivery alone is never counted as a successful verification.
