Reminders that reach patients.
Hopwire was built first for a therapy clinic platform. Each clinic can send under its own name, with reminders that expire before they go stale.
What you get
Each clinic, its own tenant
Patients, consent and message history stay within the clinic.
Shared number, clinic named
Clinics can send through the platform's shared WhatsApp number and SMS header, with the clinic named in the message.
Reminders that do not arrive late
Schedule a reminder with an expiry. If it cannot arrive in time, it is not sent.
Patient OTPs
Sign-in codes on WhatsApp with SMS fallback, masked everywhere.
Cancel is not unsubscribe
A patient replying cancel to a reminder reaches your app; it does not opt them out.
Confirm or reschedule buttons
Release 2Buttons that send the patient's choice to your booking system.
Questions
Can a clinic's reminder fall back to another clinic's number?
No. Fallback uses only senders the clinic owns or has been granted.
Where is patient message data stored?
In India, in Oracle Cloud Mumbai, with backups in Hyderabad. Message bodies are kept for 30 days.
Does Hopwire make me compliant with health data rules?
No. Hopwire gives you masking, audit trails and erasure. Your obligations remain yours.
