Questions
If one person uses two businesses on my platform, is their consent shared?
No. The same number in two tenants has separate records and separate consent.
Can I delete someone's data?
Yes. The erasure API removes their personal data and message bodies, keeping only a hash so they stay suppressed.
Do I have to store consent for OTPs?
OTP and transactional messages rely on your own relationship with the person. You can still send consent evidence, and Hopwire records it.
