Questions
Does Hopwire register my DLT entity for me?
No. You register with a DLT registrar. During the beta Hopwire staff help record your entity, headers and templates.
What happens with DND numbers?
Numbers on the Do Not Disturb list receive only service and transactional content registered in the right DLT category. Hopwire reports other blocks as recipient.dnd, so you know what to fix.
Is Hopwire a compliance certification?
No. Hopwire gives you checks and evidence. Your registrations and your consent practices remain your responsibility.
Can a recipient opt back in?
Yes. Replying START lifts the suppression and sends a recipient.opted_in event.
