Run every client from one account.
Agency support is planned for Release 3. Each client gets its own workspace with its own team, data and billing, which can later move to the client's own account.
What you get
Client workspaces
One workspace per client, with no data shared between them.
All clients at a glance
Onboarding, health, usage and alerts across authorised clients, without exposing one client to another.
Delegated access
Work in a client's workspace without taking ownership of their numbers or domains.
Hand over cleanly
Transfer a workspace to the client with both owners' consent, keeping history and the assets the client owns.
White-label
Your logo, colours, product name and dashboard domain for client users.
Billing with client allocation
Consolidated invoices with usage allocated to each client.
Questions
Can agencies use Hopwire today?
Not yet. The beta is for direct businesses and software platforms. Agency workspaces are planned for Release 3.
What is the difference between a workspace and a tenant?
A workspace is for a client you contract with separately, whose team and billing may later separate. A tenant is a business you operate through your own product's single integration.
Does a transfer move provider credentials?
Never silently. Transfers are previewed and audited, and move only the connections the new owner is authorised to own.
